Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Plan and lead software and AI projects from start to finish.
- Define project scope, timelines, budget and resources.
- Gather requirements and break them down into user stories and tasks.
- Run sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Coordinate the work of engineers, designers and QA.
- Track progress and deliver on time.
- Spot risks early and resolve them.
- Organize testing and releases.
- Write project progress reports.
- Prepare documentation such as technical specifications, user guides and release notes.
Requirements
- Experience managing software or IT projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
- Have used any one of Jira, Linear, Trello, Notion or ClickUp.
- Basic understanding of how software is built (SDLC, APIs, databases, deployment).
- Can explain technical topics in simple terms.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work in English.
- Able to keep track of several things at once.
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Business is an advantage.
Nice to have
- Have worked on AI, data or computer vision projects.
- Previously worked as a developer, QA engineer or business analyst.
- Have used tools such as Figma or Miro.
